Happy 1st Anniversary!

♥One year ago today I married Bear; my man, my love. As we were  surrounded by our close family, we promised our love to one another in becoming husband and wife.   

I am amazed at how quickly the year has gone, but can definitely say it has been such a wonderful one, full love and laughter.  I love being a wife, Bear's wife, and I am looking forward to many many more years of marriage ♥

Today I've been to the salon for a blowdry and a manicure, and now I'm getting dolled up as we are going for dinner with our friends David and Andrea.

Co-incidentally its both of our 1st wedding anniversaries this weekend (yes we married on the same weekend last September, and honeymooned in the same resort in the Maldives!) and we will be celebrating it at the Italian Michelin starred restaurant Locanda Locatelli.  Read about our last visit there here  

Handsome husband & awards dinner

 I sent off my man tonight looking every inch the James Bond in his tuxedo, to an awards gala dinner by Grosvenor Square.  His financial advising company has been nominated, and that in itself makes him a winner in my eyes! Need I say I am full of pride?!

Hello from Hyde Park

I was surprised to wake up to sunshine today, as they've predicted rain throughout the whole day.

Hence we set off for the playground by Lancaster Gate, stopped and picked up that vital cup of coffee to keep a mama going.
And boy am I happy we came!

Being outdoors early when the air is still crisp, but you are being warmed up by the rays of Autumnal sunshine
- its good for the soul and makes u happy to be alive!

Glorious Saturday

Dropped Bear off at the gym for an hour's session with his PT.
In the meantime I'll go for a power walk around the park in this glorious Autumn weather before returning to Daddy's gym where Sean will practise his swimming.

Later we're having lunch in Little Venice, followed by a property viewing in the same area. This time a three storey mews house for sale, with a West facing terrace :-)

Apart from free WiFi - the free babyccinos (fluffy foam and warm milk that I add lots of chocolate powder to, to make it a real treat for my lil man) is another reason to love Starbucks!

Today...

1. Today I feel... a little a bit apprehensive my Mum is leaving, but also thankful for good night's sleep
2. This week... I am about to try a new product, Babyfoot
3. Last night... Hubby and I had a date night and went to the cinema to watch "Hope Springs"
4. My signature perfume is: Daisy by Marc Jacobs
5 Thought for the day: I need more knits in my wardrobe as temperatures are dropping
6. At the moment I am enjoying... taking long walks with my pink Beats By Dre headphones, discovering new music using Shazam (found two tunes just night in the cinema!), dressing in Autumn colours, my new black winter coat, Rooibos tea with a little milk
7. Snack of the week: brie wrapped in salami and pickled dill gherkins

Saturday sun & Starbucks

We are still on Cypriot time, hence all of us being up since 5am!
 So when the morning sunshine was pouring through the bedroom windows, we set out for a cup of coffee in the local square.

Next we are having lunch with uncle Steve, who's on his way down from Scotland with one of his boys, Daniel. Then they (including Bear) are heading off to the Emirates Stadium to watch football, whilst us ladies will be hunting for a black leather jacket with gold zip/details (tips are welcomed!).

The property hunt continues...

In Little Venice with Mum waiting for an estate agent (who's annoyingly running late!) to show us a four bedroom flat for sale, with balcony and access to stunning communal garden - hurry up and let us in pls!
