For my birthday, my darling husband gave me this very pretty and classic LBD, with a sheer see-through silk ruffle on the chest (to add a little oomph!) and a detachable waist tie. If weather allows (to not wear tights that is), I'm thinking of wearing it tomorrow, Friday, when we are going for dinner with our good friends Andrea and David, at 34 Grosvenor Square |

| And so I eventually did the dreaded swap from Blackberry to iPhone! Am finding it very difficult to type on, but was very happy when I realised I could pimp it with a neon pink (colour didn't really come out in pic) hard shell case from Juicy Couture! :-) |

| Yesterday I went to Selfridges to check out their home sale, with the intention of buying a new toaster from Dualit. To be honest I didn't expect the one I had in mind to be reduced, so guess how surprised I was to see that it actually was! However, it turned out they had none left, so I then proposed to buy the one on display with a discount. The sales assistant told me she could knock off a further 20%, so in total I saved a whole £70 off the original price! Sometimes you don't get things if you don't ask for it - Need I say I left feeling very satisfied :-) |

| A (leopard print/black lace) wireless, non padded bra from Hanky Panky came with the postman today, and helped me forget about my sore head for a while. I am simply In love with all their soft bralettes. Go and check 'em out, and don't forget to tell your man about it in time for the upcoming Valentine's. Who said comfy can't be sexy? lol |

| I really fell for these tweedy and wintry looking shoes, Converse style, with a soft fluffy inner lining. I just swapped the laces with black textile ones and removed the bow. And voilà - now I have a pair of trendy (will look so cool with his black biker leather jacket) shoes that will keep my little fella's feet not only warm but stylish! Oh, and I paid only £3.00 - now that's what I call a bargain! |

| Ive done it again, bought the same style (in this case Ralph Lauren cardigan) in different colours. But I think you just can't go wrong with such a timeless piece of clothing that works well during all seasons. I will team it with a pair of jeans and platform ankle boots, or simply with leggings and flat riding boots. |
