34 Grosvenor Square

David's pride and joy; his silver Aston Martin Rapide, was our ride for the evening, and we got a parking spot right outside!

I had my hair curled for the evening

'34' is part of the Caprice Holdings (i.e - J Sheeky, Mount Street Deli, The Ivy, Scott's etc)

Andrea and I had delicious griddled prawns for my mains, whilst the boys had a steak. However, their menu has plenty of choices to suit all pallets 

A compulsory post dinner Espresso Martini ;-)

The decor is very much like The Ivy and Sheeky, and they had a brilliant live Jazz trio playing next to the bar which I really enjoyed - A terrific Friday night if you ask me!

New, from Miu Miu :-)

For my birthday, my darling husband gave me this very pretty and classic LBD, with a sheer see-through silk ruffle on the chest (to add a little oomph!) and a detachable waist tie. 

If weather allows (to not wear tights that is), I'm thinking of wearing it tomorrow, Friday, when we are going for dinner with our good friends Andrea and David, at 34 Grosvenor Square

Morning jog

Early start today. Half a cup of black coffee, then I set off to the park. Much easier than the last couple of days, which means my fitness is already improving, yay!

Yummy and healthy dinner (grilled chicken with peas & pulses salad) that we bought earlier today, from  The Natural Kitchen in Marylebone

Power Walk

A stunning London morning greeted me, and I set off for a run in the park. Turned in to more like a power walk, as I was gasping for air! 

Too long since the last time I was jogging, but hopefully now that that Spring is on it's way, I'll be back in the game :-)
